MENAI BRIDGE FAIR

The funfair will be returning to Menai Bridge this October.
Come to Water Street, Wood Street and Telford Road and visit the rides and stalls!
Please note: The town’s car parks will be occupied by the funfair, therefore we kindly ask that all visitors make suitable travel arrangements prior to arriving at the funfair.

Monday 24th October is Menai Bridge Fair Day. This traditional street fair has been enjoyed for generations. Come along to experience the rides, stalls and atmosphere of the fair.

Monday 24th October is Menai Bridge Fair Day. This traditional street fair has been enjoyed for generations. Come along to experience the rides, stalls and atmosphere of the fair.
Inevitably as the fair is a street event, there will be some disruption in the town. The following arrangements have been put in place to minimise disruption and ensure that everyone can enjoy a safe experience.
Traffic
A road closure order covering Telford Road, Bridge Street, Wood Street and Water Street will operate from 2:00pm on Sunday 23rd October until 7:00am on Tuesday 25th October. Signposted diversion will be in place.
Public Transport
Temporary Bus stops will operate on Mona Road on Sunday 23rd October and Monday 24th October.
Parking
Parking will be available at Coed Cyrnol car park only. The other car parks in the town will be occupied by the fair, from 12.00am Sunday morning 23rd October. Please note that the Waen Car park fair site is independently operated.
No Loading / Unloading
No Loading /Unloading restrictions are in place on Dale Street, High Street and parts of Cadnant Road for the duration of the Road closure order.
