Lleuwen (Gig Gwyl Dewi)

Lleuwen Steffan is a local-born musician who travels the world performing her work.
She now lives in Brittany with her husband and her two children, but she is a regular visitor to Wales, and has recently been recording a new album at Sain’s Llandwrog studio.
Her sensitive and often poignant songs draw their influences from the worlds of folk, jazz, blues and a certain regard for Welsh hymns. It is a privilege to welcome her to perform at Galeri on St David’s Day.
Folk singer Gwilym Bowen Rhys will open the evening.
