Gwledd Conwy Feast

Gwledd Conwy Feast is one of the biggest festivals in Wales. It’s also the most perfectly placed.
Set within the world heritage site of Conwy, we can boast a 13th century castle, town walls, towers and a working quayside as our backdrop.
Conwy is also the last rake-only mussel fishing community in the UK and the Feast is held in October to coincide with their season.
We started as a food festival but have always been more than that.
Our exciting programme includes music, art, farming, and also showcasing Wales’ makers, artists and those using traditional building skills.
The event costs around £160,000 per year to stage, and generates £1.4 million in revenue for the local economy.
We are a completely independent, non-profit Community Interest Company and we rely on revenue generated from ticket sales and stallholder fees to help us hold the festival each year.
